Sometimes known as the unknown medals...

John O'Connor sells this one as a "gendarmerie", kind of police medal???
A french website claims it is the Merite militaire du combattant (Fighter military merit)???



And would this one be the wounded medal (as the french and south vietnamese medal with the red star?)???
