Regarding the thirs last certificate, I'm afraid but those are copies from vietnamese sellers (often seen on ebay).

It is always the same "prestigious" units, with viet names, some French mistakes, and the quality is laser printer made.

I bought the third certificate 4 months ago... And I sent it back to the seller who refunded me, thanks to God.

Some of the Commando certificates were on sale on a French websites last year, other names but same qualities.

I would not be suprised.

After 1951, the French Command had some difficulties of recruitment in Metropole/Colonies and a proccess of "yellowing" appeared in the units sent in Indochina : Navy, Legion, ... by admiting some vietnamese as suppletives or fighters. So, why not in the North African Rgt/Bn.
